For over 75 years Tremco has been committed to providing its customers Roofing and Weatherproofing
Peace of MindTM. At the end of every roofing project, we send a survey to the building owner asking them
to evaluate our effectiveness at meeting their needs. [The rating scale is from 1 to 10, with 1 being
Completely Dissatisfied and 10 being Exceeded Expectations.] Customer response is excellent, and we are
proud of the high ratings we receive. Below are the results of our survey questions for the first half of 2004:
