basic requirement; focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction; developing strong
supplier relationships; and using ISO 9001:2000 as our minimum benchmark for a quality system.

Tremco Inc. is an ISO 9001:2000 certified company. This is the highest level of quality certification
that can be achieved in this class. Customers benefit from our ISO certification as a result of the high level of service and quality they
receive from Tremco. Our level of service is based upon standards developed during our long history of
serving demanding customers. These benefits include:

- Using structured reporting so everyone is kept up to date on project progress

The importance of quality is engrained at every level of our organization. Tremco Management ensures that
all company personnel understand and follow standards through training, measurement and evaluations.
Tremco continually strives for quality improvement. We conduct ongoing customer satisfaction surveys and
we measure our success by total quality and overall value to the customer on a project-by-project basis.
In addition, we have developed an in-house database that documents all preventive and corrective actions
taken since we received our ISO certification in 1996 which has lead to further quality improvements.
