The TremLock LSP and LSP-90 Metal Roof Systems can be used as a new or retrofit system on roofs with a minimum slope of 1/4:12.  In new construction, these roofs are installed over an open span; as retrofits, they are installed over structural framing on an existing BUR or metal roof.  TremLock LSP systems are best suited for simple slope roofs without dormers, hips, valleys, or other special conditions.

Composition:

This factory roll-formed metal roof system is manufactured from 24 or 22 gauge Galvalume®, an aluminum-zinc alloy meeting ASTM A792, Class AZ-50. The galvanized panel is coated with Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®.  TremLock LSP panels are mechanically field seamed while the TremLock LSP-90 panels have a snap together design, both providing a watertight system.
