The TremLock T-138 Shingle Recover System provides a liong-term, economical solution for buiding owners because you can keep your existing shingle roof in place.  The T-138 Shingle Recover System's symmetrical standing seam panel offers many advantages, including: ease of installation, individual panel replaceability and improved weathertightness. This system installs directly over existing shingles without tear off or underlayment. Patented clips create an energy-saving airspace between the two roofs.

Composition:

This system is a 1 3/8” tall, symmetrical panel that is manufactured from 24 or 22 gauge Galvalume®, an aluminum-zinc alloy, Class AZ-50, and roll-formed at the factory or in the field.  Galvalume carries a 25 year warranty against perforation, rupture and structural failure due to exposure to normal environmental conditions. The Galvalume panel is coated with the Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000® paint system.
