With a minimum slope requirement of only ½:12, the TremLock T-238 metal roofing system is ideal for retrofitting over an existing metal roof, re-roofing, and new construction, and is versatile enough to also be used as a wall panel. Retrofitting in particular is easy, fast and cost-effective because the TremLock T-238 metal roofing system can be used on almost any roof slope (high to virtually flat); is designed for a clean and simple installation; and like all TremLock metal roof systems is pre-engineered to provide the perfect fit for leak-free protection and long-term performance, eliminating water infiltration and ensuring a watertight system. Individual panels can be repaired or replaced easily if needed, a feature not found on many competitive systems.

Composition:

This factory roll-formed metal roof system is manufactured from 24, 22 or 20 gauge Galvalume®, an aluminum-zinc alloy meeting ASTM A792, Class AZ-50. Galvalume carries a 25 year warranty against perforation, rupture and structural failure due to exposure to normal environmental conditions.  The Galvalume panel is coated with Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®.
