A Smooth Surfaced, Polyester Reinforced, SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane

Description and Composition

POWERply 250 Smooth is an asbestos free, SBS modified, smooth surfaced, modified bitumen membrane.  It is surfaced with a factory-applied, white ceramic granule surfacing and reinforced with a heavy duty non-woven polyester fabric. POWERply 250 Smooth is designed for application in both hot applied and cold process roof systems and flashings where a smooth membrane is desired.  POWERply 250 Smooth roof systems are fire rated by Underwriters Laboratories for an exterior fire hazard and exceed the requirements of ASTM D6164, Type II, Grade S.
