WTI consists of two divisions. Our General Services team provides on-site inspection, roof component testing, preventive maintenance, roof repair and other services to help keep roofs leak-free and facilities dry; WTC provides these services in Canada. General Contracting ensures that roofs are installed correctly and provides on going asset management through programs like Tremco ManagedAssets that help customers meet both financial and sustainability goals. Canam, a leader in building envelope solutions for more than 25 years, provides air barrier audits, retrofit installations and testing, while WTI/Pure Air Control Services are experts at HVAC testing and maintenance, and in improving indoor air quality (IAQ).
