Steps to Facility Asset Management

1. Consultation: Understanding your goals, budget and past roofing experiences is always first.
2. Assessment and Diagnostics: Inspections to determine overall condition and pinpoint location and extent of problems.
3. Plan and Budget: You receive a detailed “green, amber, red” condition assessment, project plan and multi-year budget.
4. “Specs and Recs”: Creating a detailed, custom project specification to solve your roofing problems and recommending top- flight contractors for the project.
5. Project Management: We keep you current with pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, ongoing inspections and progress reports.
6. Close-out and Warranty: After final inspection, we give you a report summarizing the entire job, with “before and after” photographs, and issue your warranty for long-term protection.
7. Maintenance: Regular inspections, housekeeping and maintenance, can uncover and correct problems early to prevent costly emergency repairs.
