We’re so confident that we can keep your buildings leak-free, we’ll assume the risk of failure during the contract period to optimize both your budget and your operations.


Phase One: Information to Build Upon

The TMA program starts with a thorough assessment of your building envelope, so you know exactly what you have.  Tremco’s service provider affiliate, WTI (Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.), inspects structural components and underlying conditions, then programs their findings into OLI, our comprehensive On-Line Information tool, supported by CAD drawings, specifications, budget plans, recommendations and much more.


Phase Two: Programmed Support Based on Your Needs and Budget

Our guiding principle has always been, “We’ll replace no system before its time." TMA ranks your roofs and other building envelope components by their condition and degree of deterioration. Your customized building envelope plan then defines where and when you allocate resources.  Depending upon your needs and budget, your plan may combine maintenance, repairs, restoration, and replacement, eliminating leak repairs as well as costly unplanned system replacements.

Also covered by TMA is a broad array of sustainable building solutions from vegetated and photovoltaic roofing systems to daylighting and energy management programs. With its focus on maximizing service life of existing assets and replacement only as a last resort, TMA is the definition of sustainability.
