Learn how to keep your roof and building in great shape.

Building maintenance can be overwhelming, with information database solutions, manufacturer promises, consultant fees and contractors for every part of your building envelope. To ease facility management, Tremco Roofing and Building Maintenance simplifies these elements with the Tremco ManagedAssets (TMA) program.

TMA includes a wholistic three-step process to so you understand the condition of your building assets and can plan next steps accordingly within your budget and to minimize occupant disruption. Together, we'll extend the life of your building for as long as possible.

Phase 1: Building Assessment

If you don’t already have a clear picture of the condition of your roofs and building envelopes, you’re not alone. That’s why, as the first phase of Tremco ManagedAssets, Tremco Roofing provides a thorough assessment of your building envelope.

Structural components and underlying conditions are defined using a combination of visual inspections and analytical testing performed by Tremco Roofing’s subsidiary, WTI (Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.). Structural descriptions, condition photographs, CAD drawings, specifications and budget plans are programmed in comprehensive online assessment reports.

Phase 2: Repair, Restoration or Replacement

Under TMA, your roofs and other building envelope components are ranked according to their condition and degree of deterioration. Your customized building envelope plan will outline recommendations on where and when you allocate resources.

Phase 3: Post-Construction Services

Tremco Roofing takes building maintenance and contracting to a new level by offering turnkey, post-construction services for your building envelope. Tremco ManagedAssets guarantees a watertight building enclosure by performing these services on a clearly defined schedule. TMA also provides emergency leak response to minimize water damage and get you back in service as quickly as possible, all with quality workmanship from a contractor who is familiar with your buildings.
