By performing regularly scheduled inspections, housekeeping and maintenance, WTI's or WTC's trained roofing technicians can uncover problems and take corrective action early to prevent costly emergency repairs.

With TremCare, you choose the roofing maintenance and protection program that's right for you. The TremCare roof maintenance program has three levels, with increasing levels of support: Asset Management, TremCare Gold and TremCare Platinum.

The Three Levels of TremCare®
Asset Management
If you want to manage your own roofing assets, WTI/WTC will inspect your roofs and enter the data into OLI for your use.
TremCare Gold
We will plan and prioritize your program with housekeeping, preventive maintenance, and 24-Hour Emergency Leak Response.
TremCare Platinum
All of TremCare Gold, plus the repairs are on us if the roof leaks. (Roofs may require repairs or upgrades first.)
