WTI is proud to have been the national contract holder for roofing and related services since 2011. The expansive contract for roofing systems, exterior building maintenance, products, labor, supplies, and related services includes all aspects of building weatherization, façade restoration and cladding, window replacement, building ventilation system cleaning and sanitizing, asphalt paving, flooring, and parking garage restoration.

Together, Tremco Roofing and WTI provide E&I members with access to roofing and building envelope solutions that have been competitively awarded to deliver best-in-class overall value and service via a streamlined bidding process. E&I’s contract with WTI ensures that members receive the best value without the stress or worries of the RFP process.

What’s more, the E&I contract meets Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200/EDGAR requirements for the use of emergency federal funds, such as ESSER and HEERF, for facility repairs to improve indoor air quality. Roofing and building envelope continuity, HVAC disinfection, and moisture management play a crucial role in indoor air quality and ensuring a dry, comfortable, healthy, and safe environment for learning.
