AlphaGuard® MTS Top Coat
The AlphaGuard® MTS TC is a one-part, moisture triggered, polyurethane roof coating that is used with polyester or fiberglass mat reinforcement. The moisture triggered cure means that AlphaGuard MTS TC resists foaming, blisters and pinholes as well as washing off; curing is uniform. As a single component product, there is no blending of multiple components.
Versatile AlphaGuard MTS Top Coat (TC) is used as a surfacing over the AlphaGuard MTS Base Coat and reinforcement. It supports a variety of projects -- acceptable roof surfaces/substrates include single ply, concrete, modified bitumen and smooth BUR -- as well as rooftop and IRMA restorations and with vegetative roof systems. The high gloss white, reflective surface can help lower rooftop temperatures, reduce energy use and increase a roof's lifespan.
