Geogard® Finish Coat

The white Geogard® Finish Coat protects the roofing assembly from exposure to fire, and is reflective to help reduce energy use and the Urban Heat island effect. The Finish Coat is used with a Geogard Base Coat to form a fire resistant restoration coating to protect and extend the life of a variety of weathered single ply roof membrane systems, smooth BUR, MB, polyurethane foam and structural concrete roofs.

Geogard Finish Coat is a high performance, single component, moisture cured urethane finish coat. Geogard Finish Coat, when paired with Geogard LO Base Coat, is used as part of a restoration coating system or repair material for approved existing roofing substrates. The system is installed in a two-coat process with partial reinforcement at designated areas of the roof.
