POWERply Heavy Duty Base Sheet is a smooth surfaced, high strength, modified bitumen membrane constructed with non-woven fiberglass mat/fiberglass scrim bilaminate reinforcement and an asphalt coating that is modified with an SBS elastomer. It is installed in hot applied asphalt or cold adhesives in modified bitumen systems where a high tensile modified base sheet or flashing ply is desired.
