Tremco T24 Coating is a non-fibered, semi-gloss, water-based acrylic roof coating which is specially formulated with a fluoropolymer resin. Tremco T24 Coating is VOC compliant as a roof coating and is asbestos free. Tremco T24 Coating is used as a semi-gloss finish coat over water-based acrylic roof and wall coatings and other approved coatings and substrates as recommended by Tremco, such as granule surfaced modified bitumen membranes. Tremco T24 Coating provides long term color-fast performance under constant solar exposure, such as those conditions found on roofs and exterior building walls. Tremco T24 Coating also offers superior dirt pickup resistance properties. Tremco T24 Coating has been tested for reflective properties according to the standards of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) and is listed in the CRRC Rated Products Directory at www.coolroofs/org/ products/results.
