Tremco Water Block Sealant is an asbestos free, synthetic rubber that provides excellent adhesion to clean, dry surfaces. A gray, high performance, low VOC, non-curing/non-skinning, permanently flexible gun grade sealant, it maintains a positive seal by remaining flexible and adhered to all approved substrates including concrete, masonry, gypsum, metal, glass, plastic, wood surfaces, and, most typically, single ply systems. It does not require a primer, provides excellent gunnability even at low temperatures and is water-resistant even if immersed. It is designed for unexposed waterproofing applications and can be used behind termination bars, under roof drains, and as an acoustical sealant, roof panel rib sealant and vapor barrier sealant. Do not use in areas that are exposed to sunlight.
