TremSEAL Pro is an asbestos-free, high-movement, medium-modulus, low-VOC, UV-stable polyurethane sealant with an aesthetically-pleasing smooth tooled finish that performs excellently in moving joints and shows tenacious adhesion, without priming, to concrete, metal and wood surfaces once it is fully cured. After curing, TremSEAL Pro can be top coated. No mixing is required due to its single component formula, which reduces the risk of hazards as well as labor costs. TremSEAL Pro does not sag, so it's perfect for use on vertical joints. Typical applications include roof reglets; termination bars; coping, expansion, precast concrete panel, vertical and control joints; perimeter caulking (windows, doors and panels); and aluminum, masonry and vinyl siding.
