TremLock® VP 2 ADV is a mechanically seamed metal roof system that can be specified in new or retrofit applications on roofs with a minimum slope of 1/2:12. The system's versatile structural standing seam design and aesthetically pleasing appearance make it suitable for almost any roof configuration and complex geometrics. These systems are capable of spanning secondary structural members spaced up to five feet and can be applied to light gauge steel framing or 5/8” minimum plywood decks. Continuous lengths of up to 80’ are available as is convex curving with a 25’ minimum radius.

TremLock® VP 2” ADV System (without shoulders) is a mechanically seamed roof panel system that can be specified in new or retrofit applications on roofs with a minimum slope of 1/2:12. Its versatile structural standing seam design and aesthetically pleasing appearance make it suitable for almost any roof configuration and complex geometrics. These systems are capable of spanning secondary structural members spaced up to five feet and can be applied to light gauge steel framing or 5/8” minimum plywood decks. Continuous lengths of up to 200’ are available as is convex curving with a 25’ minimum radius. The system is curved at the jobsite.

Mechanically Seamed Roof Panel
The TremLock VP 3 system is factory roll-formed from 24 or 22 gauge Galvalume, an aluminum-zinc alloy, and coated with Kynar 500®/Hylar 5000®. Rib sealant installed at the factory ensures watertightness. It can be specified as a new or retrofit system for use on roofs with a minimum slope of 1/4:12. The versatile structural standing seam design and attractive appearance make it suitable for almost any roof configuration and complex geometrics. These systems can span secondary structural members spaced up to five feet and can be applied to light gauge steel framing or 5/8” minimum plywood decks. Continuous lengths of up to 80’ are available.

To validate protection in the case of fire, Tremco has an in-house fire test laboratory capable of testing products to ASTM E108 and UL 790 criteria. In fact, it’s the only roofing material manufacturer's test laboratory at which UL will confer a UL 790 classification.
