Our TremPly® TPO 6 Inch Cover Tape is excellent for stripping-in primed galvanized edge metal and to install end laps. It is available in white, tan and gray for a uniform appearance on the roof.

TremPly TPO 6 Inch Cover Tape provides roofing contractors with an easy-to-install, factory-built detail. It is constructed from Tremco’s proven, durable, high-performance TremPly TPO. TremPly TPO 6” Cover Tape is a 6” (152 mm) wide, non-reinforced TPO membrane backed with a butyl tape adhesive. For use in stripping-in primed galvanized edge metal and to install end laps.

TremPly TPO Bonding Adhesive is a rubber-based, general-purpose adhesive used to attach single ply TPO membranes to various roofing substrates including polyisocyanurate insulation and gypsum-based cover boards. It can also be used to attach TPO flashings to substrates. TremPly TPO Bonding Adhesive dries in between five and 15 minutes after applying.

TremPly® TPO Bonding Adhesive LV3 is a contact-type bonding adhesive that attaches single ply TPO membranes and flashings to various substrates. Formulated with a blend of VOC-exempt and non-exempt solvents, this adhesive complies with numerous air quality regulations for single ply roofing adhesives. It dries within 15 to 25 minutes after application, depending on weather conditions.

TremPly® TPO Detailing Membrane is an alternative material for flashing penetrations and corners of base and curb flashing. It is designed for ease of installation and is required wherever preformed vent boots cannot be used. 

TremPly® TPO Coated Metal Sheets are constructed with TremPly TPO or TremPly Max TPO laminated to galvanized sheet metal. The membrane is 25 mils thick and the sheet metal is 24 gauge.

They are used for metal gravel stop and drip edges, metal base and curb flashing, sealant pans, and scupper sleeves. Field and flashing TPO membrane heat welds directly to coated metal. 24-gauge steel with a 25-mil thick membrane film cuts and forms like standard sheet metal. Available with both TremPly and TremPly Max TPO.

The TremPly® TPO Flashing Strip is used to strip-in coated metal flanges at areas that require a reinforced membrane for flashing, and for a variety of other flashing details. With its reinforced membrane, the TremPly TPO Flashing Strip is durable, versatile, and easy to use.

TremPly® TPO Cover Tape HW (heat weldable) is constructed from proven, durable reinforced 45 mil TremPly TPO membrane.

Using TremPly TPO Cover Tape HW is an easy way to strip-in primed galvanized edge metal and to install end laps. The six inch (152 mm) wide tape has a three inch (76 mm) self-adhered area and a three inch (76 mm) heat-weldable area. The self-adhered membrane area is adhered to primed edge metal while the heat-weldable area is attached to the roofing membrane using the preferred welding machine.
