AlphaGrade™

AlphaGrade is a two-component, bio-based, polyurethane leveling coat with high percent post-consumer recycled and bio content. The AlphaGrade system is designed for restoring gravel surfaced asphalt BUR roof systems.  

The products themselves carry a wide range of sustainable features such as high bio-content, post-consumer recycled content, and highly reflective finishes which can result in reduction in energy usage and the Heat Island Effect. The restoration application preserves existing roofs, reducing landfill waste, and offers re-coat options to continue to maintain your current roof decades into the future. 

The AlphaGrade system includes a leveling coat which secures remaining embedded gravel, a base coat that offers an added layer of waterproofing protection, and a highly reflective top coat which provides a weather-resistant finish.
