The AlphaGrade Base Coat is a two-component, bio-based, polyurethane liquid applied product. Its high amount of bio-based content makes it both sustainable and environmentally responsible. Its two-component design offers a faster, more reliable cure when compared to similar one-component products. The product's 100% solids content yields more waterproofing resulting in a greater value to the customer. AlphaGrade Base Coat is a virtually odorless, low VOC product which meets all VOC limits and allows for an easier, less disruptive installation.
