Rapid Set Reinforcing Fabric is a recycled stitch-bonded polyester fabric infused with a non hazardous quick break additive that is designed exclusively for use with the ICE System. Rapid Set Reinforcing Fabric is intended for use in combination with Tremlastic S asphalt emulsion as part of the ICE System designed to reinforce and restore existing smooth asphalt BUR and modified bitumen roof systems and flashings. Rapid Set Reinforcing Fabric initiates an accelerated drying process of TremLastic S when the fabric is applied directly in contact with the asphalt emulsion. In this process, water from the TremLastic S is driven to the surface of the Rapid Set Reinforcing Fabric so that it can evaporate quickly, allowing this system to cure more quickly than standard asphalt emulsions. This cure process is accelerated by the non-toxic additive evenly dispersed within the Rapid Set Reinforcing Fabric.
