TremLock ThermalHE panels are designed with a 42” coverage width and a variety of lengths and thicknesses. The exterior substrate and interior substrate are Galvalume®, G90. The joint is offset double tongue-and-groove. The core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate insulating foam. This insulated, flat, metal panel looks similar to tilt-up concrete while offering unsurpassed thermal efficiency, with the added benefits of being super lightweight and extremely cost-effective.
