TremLock® ThermalMax™ panels are designed with a 45” coverage width and a variety of lengths and thicknesses. The exterior substrate and interior substrate are Galvalume®, G90. The joint is offset double tongue-and-groove. The core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate insulating foam. This insulated wall panel is our widest and most economical. It is designed to maximize both installation efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The unique side-joint facilitates accurate sealant placement and helps ensure a high-performance vapor seal.
