TremLock® ThermalRib™ HSE panels are designed with a 42” coverage width and a variety of lengths and thicknesses. The exterior substrate and interior substrate are Galvalume®, G90. The joint is Green-lock, offset double tongue-and-groove. The core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate insulating foam. This is our most popular panel, particularly in cold storage and commercial/industrial applications. It can be used as an exterior wall, partition wall, liner wall, and ceiling. The lined profile provides strength, facilitates foam adhesion and helps minimize natural imperfections in the steel faces. The shallow rib and unique side joint help ensure a high-performance vapor seal.
