The white Geogard® Finish Coat protects the roofing assembly from exposure to fire, and is reflective to help reduce energy use and the Urban Heat island effect. The Finish Coat is used with a Geogard Base Coat to form a fire resistant restoration coating to protect and extend the life of a variety of weathered single ply roof membrane systems, smooth BUR, MB, polyurethane foam and structural concrete roofs. 

Geogard® LO Base Coat  is used with Geogard Finish Coat is a restoration coating system used to protect and extend the life of a variety of weathered single ply roof membrane systems, smooth BUR, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam and structural concrete roofs. Geogard LO Base Coat is highly elastomeric and bonds directly to the prepared surface. 

AlphaGuard® Glass Mat is a medium fine fiber, rapid wetting chopped strand mat.

The durable, long lasting AlphaGuard Glass Mat is used as a reinforcement for AlphaGuard systems, resulting in excellent performance as a roof restoration system for use over smooth BUR or selected single ply systems and a variety of decks. This durable, long lasting reinforcement provides additional strength, stability, and durability throughout the service life of the system.

Provides Extra Protection Against Water Infiltration

AlphaGuard® WB Primer is a water-based, polymer modified primer which conditions a variety of roofing substrates prior to the application of AlphaGuard systems.

AlphaGuard WB Primer promotes adhesion between new and aged asphaltic and single ply membranes. It is also quick to dry, which can help reduce overall project time; environmentally responsible; and has a low odor so it can be used in facilities that remain in use.
