Solargard 6083
A acrylic elastomeric roof coating formulated to meet and/or exceed the ASTM D 6083 standard, designed to provide excellent dirt pick-up resistance, waterproofing and weatherproofing capabilities on a variety of roofing substrates.
Solargard Acrythane
Solargard Acrythane is a low VOC water-based acrylic urethane roof paint formulated to provide industrial performance with excellent color-retention properties.
AlphaGuard® Glass Mat
AlphaGuard® Glass Mat is a medium fine fiber, rapid wetting chopped strand mat.
The durable, long lasting AlphaGuard Glass Mat is used as a reinforcement for AlphaGuard systems, resulting in excellent performance as a roof restoration system for use over smooth BUR or selected single ply systems and a variety of decks. This durable, long lasting reinforcement provides additional strength, stability, and durability throughout the service life of the system.
Solargard Hy-Build
Solargard Hy-Build coating for metal roof systems provides resistance to hydrolysis, flexibility in extreme temperatures, and offers stability to ultra-violet rays. It is also designed to patch, repair, seal, and protect walls of concrete, brick, masonry, EIFS, stucco and metal. In addition, Solargard Hy-Build hides surface defects, fills pores to provide weatherproofing, and has a watertight seal.
AlphaGuard® WB Primer
AlphaGuard® WB Primer is a water-based, polymer modified primer which conditions a variety of roofing substrates prior to the application of AlphaGuard systems.
AlphaGuard WB Primer promotes adhesion between new and aged asphaltic and single ply membranes. It is also quick to dry, which can help reduce overall project time; environmentally responsible; and has a low odor so it can be used in facilities that remain in use.
Solargard® Masonry Primer
Solargard® Masonry Primer is a high quality, acrylic primer formulated from 100% acrylic resins. It is ideal for priming brick, stone, concrete, plaster, stucco and other cementitious surfaces as well as wood; it may be used on porous surfaces prior to application of Solargard Hy-Build.
Solargard® Rust Primer WB
The water-based Solargard® Rust Primer WB is an acrylic metal primer formulated to protect steel against atmospheric corrosion. It resists the effects of moisture and prevents the corrosion of steel substrates in normal industrial environments when it is used with Solargard Hy-Build or Solargard 6083 roof coatings.
Solargard® Seam Sealer
Solargard® Seam Sealer is a white, single-component, high-solids moisture curing, aliphatic polyurethane sealer that provides a tough, waterproofing seal for a variety of roofing substrates. It is excellent for extra protection around copings, flashings, details, penetrations and seams and to eliminate potential water infiltration into the system or your building. It also can be used to patch and repair failing seams and penetrations.

Fire Test Lab
Our ultimate goal is keep building occupants safe. To validate protection in the case of fire, Tremco has an in-house fire test laboratory capable of testing products to ASTM E108 and UL 790 criteria. In fact, it’s the only roofing material manufacturer's test laboratory at which UL will confer a UL 790 classification.
