Tremco T24 Coating is used as a semi-gloss finish coat over water-based acrylic roof and wall coatings and other coatings and substrates as recommended by Tremco Roofing, such as granule-surfaced modified bitumen membranes. It provides long-term, color-fast performance under constant solar exposure and provides superior resistance to dirt pick-up.

Tremco T24 Coating is a non-fibered, asbestos-free, semi-gloss, water-based acrylic roof coating that is specially formulated with a flouropolymer resin; it is VOC compliant as a roof coating.
