A Fire Rated, Granule Surfaced, Polyester Reinforced, SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane

Description and Composition

POWERply 250 FR is an asbestos free, SBS modified, granule surfaced, modified bitumen membrane.  It is surfaced with a factory-applied, white ceramic granule surfacing and reinforced with a heavy duty non-woven polyester fabric. POWERply 250 FR is designed for application as a cap sheet and flashing membrane in both hot applied and cold process roof systems.  POWERply 250 FR roof systems are fire rated by Underwriters Laboratories for an exterior fire hazard and exceed the requirements of ASTM D6164, Type II, Grade G.
