Composition:

TremLock ThermalCor panels are designed with a 42” coverage width. Available lengths of 8’-0” to 40’- 0”. Panel thickness options are 2, 2.5, 3, 4 inch. Exterior gauge availability of 22 and 24, interior gauge of 26. Both the exterior substrate and interior substrate are Galvalume®, G90. The joint is offset double tongue-and-groove. The core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate insulating foam. The R-Value is R-8 per inch of thickness (nominal.)
