The TremLock ThermalRib HSE panel will satisfy those who desire something different for their commercial/industrial structure. Having all of the positive attributes of the tried-and-true TremLock ThermalRib profile, this panel adds a heavy stucco embossment for a more dramatic impact. As with all our insulated metal panel profiles, the TremLock ThermalRib HSE panel has a unique locking side-joint that helps to ensure a high-performance vapor seal.

Composition:

TremLock ThermalRib HSE panels are designed with a 42” coverage width. Available lengths of 8’-0” to 53’- 0”.  Panel thickness options are 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, and 6 inch. Exterior gauge availability of 22 and 24, interior gauge of 26. Both the exterior substrate and interior substrate are Galvalume®, G90. The joint is Green-lock, offset double tongue-and-groove. The core is continuously poured-in-place polyisocyanurate insulating foam. The R-Value is R-8 per inch of thickness (nominal.)
